Bought my now fiancé an engagement ring from Carrie Elizabeth. On the website described as solid white gold Estelle Moonstone and diamond ring. Paid a fair few quid for it as it looked lovely and my partner fell in love with it when I gave it to her. Was delivered 9th December. My partner has only worn it a handful of times due to her occupation and it spends most of its time tucked away in the case it came in, only coming out over Xmas for family meals/gatherings. Absolutely heartbroken that within 2 months a stone has fallen out and the “solid white gold” band has now gone a yellow colour, possibly suggesting that it is in fact plated unlike described. I am absolutely shocked that an item that’s meant to last forever and have huge sentimental value, and cost a fair whack, can break so quickly. Is it down to poor manufacture or is the hype not fitting to the quality of product?

Email correspondence was quick to my issue being raised and I’m hoping a resolution will quickly be found as I have an upset fiancé and they have an unhappy disappointed customer.

Lost a stone out of warranty and I was so upset, as I loved the ring. Contacted customer service and spoke to Cerys who arranged a whole new ring for a small charge. Everything was so easy and timely. I am very happy and excited to get the new ring. Would highly recommend this company. Beautiful products and wonderful customer service

My partner asked for a Zoe Sugg New Horizon Diamond Eternity Band for Christmas so I ordered it from Carrie Elizabeth and was sent the wrong ring. A return was arranged and the right ring was sent to me. When we received the ring, my partner tried it on and found it was too big. I therefore paid for it to be 
returned and put a note inside the box asking that it be exchanged for a 
size small. The replacement ring arrived and again it's a completely different ring 
again! I’m not sure what is happening, I understand mistakes are made but, 
in the email they sent to me on the 28th of December they said ‘it is extremely 
rare that our team in the depot make these kinds of mistakes’. This is now 
the second time now I’ve been sent the wrong ring so clearly my feedback 
has been disregarded. From the responses I’ve received they fail to understand this was meant to be a Christmas present and because of their negligence I haven’t received what I ordered. I now have to go out of my way again a second time to have this returned.

I had an issue with a recent order, on my part, and the customer service team at Carrie Elizabeth went above and beyond. Super helpful and quickly resolved.

I was gifted a few pieces of jewellery for Christmas, unfortunately due to illness i only received them this weekend (15/01/23). As beautiful as the pieces are, the quality is not amazing, 2 of my 3 rings have already bent out of shape, I have got to say I am fairly disappointed my family spent so much money on them.

My daughter got engaged in October
Her engagement ring lost a diamond 3 weeks later !!
Bless her she is still awaiting for a repair so has not been able to show off to her friends and family
Email correspondence has been extremely slow
We are now awaiting a response to see if we can use our own jeweller which will still take 2 weeks to repair

I have been so impressed by the customer service I’ve received from Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery.

I bought a spinning ring but unfortunately it was faulty. I don’t believe that this is a common occurrence - I’ve had a few pieces from Carrie Elizabeth and the standard is usually second to none.

I got in touch with the customer service team, and Amber went above and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions, made sure I was happy with the solutions she offered, and emailed me as soon as the ring arrived to confirm they’d received it and provide me with a refund voucher code.

She genuinely provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever received, and I’m so very impressed. She made what could have been a stressful experience a smooth and easy process from start to finish.

The cost of living crisis has affected everyone - myself included. But this experience has cemented my love for your brand and I will certainly remain a loyal customer.

I have bought a few Carrie Elizabeth pieces over the last couple of years and never take them off. They still look stunning after consistent wear and I always get people asking where they're from! Customer service has always been very quick and helpful whenever needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Jewellery which is set at a reasonable price point and there is always some sort of sale or vintage pieces to buy at least once a month.
The designs change with the seasons to keep things fresh but they're are still some originals that get moulded throughout the year so it's still CE.
I have bought quite a few different pieces for myself or as gifts over the last few years. Both gold & silver and found the quality to be excellent.

I love shopping with Carrie Elizabeth! I've bought a few rings, earrings and the Aura perfume.
I love the pieces I have, they are so unique, and I always get lots of compliments on them. In particular, I love my Lunar Energy moonstone ring and my solid gold hoops, they make me feel special and just stunning quality at their prices.
The perfume smells beautiful, I love it so much! Such a gorgeous smell also at an affordable price.
The customer service is also fantastic.

I have bought several items from Carrie Elizabeth. Some were bought as gifts for friends, others for myself. I love the necklaces and have had many compliments. I bought the huggie earrings for my friends 40th, she was thrilled. Timeless pieces that add that extra special touch to an outfit. I had the opal zoe suggs ring for my birthday, which I love. The packaging is lovely and always arrives promptly.

They've sent me faulty products and products thst look nothing like the picture too. Ive had bad customer service from the company, the owner was even rude to me through DM on Instagram. Tbh the quality of the jewely is well..not quality at all, looks quite cheaply made, and definitely not worth the price. For over 2 years now I have emailed the company directly mant times to please remove me from their marketing emails and to remove all and any information of mine from their system, I get an email to say this has been done, then a few weeks later get another marketing email. So not only is their jewelry a rip off but theyre breaking the law by keeping information on me I asked repeatedly to be removed! Think about it theres a reason why their bad reviews are growing.

Update: 5th Feb - Guess what I just received, yep another maketing email. Theyve got to be playing a prank on me right?

Every piece of jewellery I have brought has been timeless, beautiful and of the best quality. It is versatile and hard wearing. From my necklaces, earrings and rings I wear daily they still look as good as the day I brought them. Each piece is so unique and is always a conversation starter

I’ve gotten three rings from Carrie with one more on the way. The quality is fantastic and the I love the box it comes in to protect them! Each piece is beautiful! I was lucky enough to purchase them on sale so I feel the quality really does warrant the price! I love these pieces so much! I can’t wait for my newest addition to come! I live in the US so it does take a few weeks but my last three got here quicker than expected!
